The E-Transcript will be provided within 7 working days from the date of the Online class.

Within three business days of the webinar's end, a link to the Web Download will be made available.

As soon as your payment has been received by a payment gateway of your choice, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

After receiving your order, we will charge your account for the payment of a specific service or product.

Unless otherwise specified via email, all hard copy products will be delivered within 10 working days of the live webinar date.

The dates of each delivery are only given for general guidance. If the goods are delivered late and you suffer personal losses as a result, we will not be held responsible in any way.

The address you provide for delivery will be used to receive all of the physical items you order.
