    REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE & PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR: -

    We reserved the right of cancellation or reschedule as a result of unforeseen events or technical difficulties or due to insufficient registration outside of our control. In these situations, our attendees will notify before the Live event and will get reschedule details within 24 hours. If attendees are unable to make the rescheduled day and time, you will get the access of the webinar recording. If you are unable to attend the Live webinar, you must notify OPTY Learn at least 24 Hours prior to the Live webinar through email on support@optylearn.com, There will be a credit note given for an upcoming occasion which will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation. You can use the credits to access other exchange course, or you can switch your Live training purchase into Recorded session as per your preference.

    In the following instance, we are not responsible for any refunds: -

    ·         if a client is dissatisfied with the webinar's audio or visual presentation.

    ·         if there is a technical issue on the client's or participant's end.

    ·         whether a client or participant has abandoned a webinar mid-stream or after logging in.

    ·         In the case of a LIVE webinar, you must notify OPTY Learn at least three hours before the scheduled start time if you have not received the login information. Once the webinar has started, there will be no refunds given.

    ·         If you purchased one of our Combo products for e.g., Live + Recorded and then decided to remove one product from combo. The chosen product's original price will be charged to you, and the remaining sum will be refunded to your account.
